I would say Green Lantern because he has experience dealing with a device that he doesn't really understand. He didn't ask for the ring just like ben didn't ask for the omnitrix but they both chose to use their powers to protect people.

ah yeah green lantern would work but which one because there was alan scott who was the first and than there was hal Jordan and than there was guy gardner and john stewart and kyle Rayner
@KorseBLI-ND John Stewart is my favorite, I would pick him as Ben's mentor.

I would say Hal Jordan since he was the first human so he kinda had to figure it our all on his own. Any of them would work though. Plus Hal Jordan is my personal favorite since i grew up reading his comics.
