So according to this link by MoviePilot.com that lists 10 facts about Ben 10, Joel Silver might not be involved with the Ben 10 live action movie anymore. What we already know is that in 2011, Joel Silver was called in to produce the Ben 10 movie under Warners Bros and Dark Castle Entertainment while in 2012 it was reported that Albert Torres was writing the script. This we already know. What I think we don't know was that Joel Silvers left Warners Bros in 2013 and now works at Universal Studios. Ryan Engle was also brought in to continue working on Torres' script, which I believe means that Torres is no longer working on the Ben 10 movie. MoviePilot states that the Ben 10 movie might be made by either Warners Bros or Universal Studios but I doubt that Universal Studios is going to be working on Ben 10 simply because Ben 10 is owned by Cartoon Network, who is owned by Time Warner and Turner Broadcasting, who also owns Warners Bros and Dark Castle Entertainment. Universal Studios is owned by Comcast and NBCUniversal and not Time Warner and Turner Broadcasting. Cartoon Network is not going to hand this movie to Universal Studios but instead they would hand it to Warners Bros because of this. Therefore, Joel Silver is not involved with the Ben 10 live action movie. Whether or not anyone here knows about this already, I'm posting this here anyways for those who don't know about this.

I would make it a action superhero drama with comedic elements honestly, with a older Ben Tennyson dealing with school and being a hero type story. I would also want Studio Trigger to animate it.

@Omni-Triforcer Yeah, that's what I meant by fan service. It solely focused on young Ben and Gwen. Well, at least that's what I believe is what made that episode fan service or something.

I think the reason is because, I mean think of how weird the Omnitrix would be if it was on Grey Matter's chest, ignoring the Ultimate Alien intro.
Still Grey Matter shouldn't have it, and throughout UA, Stinkfly had an Omnitrix on his face, so he's one of the aliens who also needs it there.
I think the show is doing chest-trixes, its just only a couple won't have it depending on the alien.

ah yeah plus also how she said anodites are all powerful to me they are easy to kill espically if you know necromancy and how to stop it because there are some spells to stop statues that use mana from plants to regenerate it basically temporary kills all plants in the area and makes it more easy to kill the statue if a anodite got hit with that spell they are dead as a door nail

@npzman Good point. You didn't provide your age so I don't know for sure how old you really are. Granted, if you're really a child or a teenager and if one show is ruining your childhood, you're not doing a lot with your life. If you don't like the Ben 10 reboot, shift your interests towards other things that you do and/or will like.

Here's another thing about comedy shows on Cartoon Network in general. It's how ridiculously common that genre is on CN now. At least most of CN's shows are comedy-centric and take up most, if not all, of the network's schedules. It's like with Nickelodeon doing constant re-runs of Spongebob Squarepants all day, everyday. As far as I know, many, if not most, viewers are really getting sick and tired of seeing all these comedy shows on CN. I certainly am and it even reached the point for me where I wouldn't even want to watch shows like Steven Universe because I'm so tired and fed up of all the comedy shows on CN; especially with Teen Titans Go! taking up most of the schedule. I at least believe that's what's going on with TTG.

If CN wants to make some comedy shows, that's completely fine but don't overdo it. Don't put in too many comedy shows and have them dominate the schedule because viewers will certainly get sick and tired of watching them and go off to find other networks to watch shows on. CN needs to get themselves out of this"comedy trend" because, at least I believe, that is one of the major factors that are driving off and pushing away viewers. Again, at least a few comedy shows on the network are fine but trying to create a trend with the comedy genre is going to cause problems. I believe that trends tend to just die out pretty quickly because people will get tired of being a part of the same thing over and over and will go off to try and do something that is different yet refreshing to them. I could be wrong here but that's what I believe to be true. Overall, there needs to be an equal balance of various types of shows with an equally structured schedule. To keep mixing things up and putting in more variety with what the network has to offer in order to help maintain viewer satisfaction and keeping them around longer. Make some comedy shows but mix them in with some action shows and drama shows and maybe some horror shows (maybe) and all that stuff and make sure that one genre doesn't dominate the other genres in the network's schedule. CN just needs to mix things up because that is what their viewers want them to do.

I would add that Gwen also share similarities with another Peter Parker love interest: Felicia Hardy, a.k.a. the Black Cat. Both are "cat-themed", (Gwen wears a shirt with a cat logo in Original Series) and the first time Lucky Girl appears she has luck-based powers, just like Black Cat, and their costumes are very similar (black, cat mask).

So, Gwen Tennyson is like a mix of Gwen Stacy, Mary Jane Watson and Felicia Hardy.

I looked at the BEN 10 Reboot 4 part episode "Omni-Tricked" on kimcartoon.me and it was great episode and I enjoyed it. it's the end of season 1 of Ben 10 Reboot but I can't to see preview episodes for season 2 of Ben 10 Reboot including more new Ben-tuition clips really soon.

@coreofthesun The Mr. Smoothy mascots thing was certainly the biggest killer of that finale. It's one of the biggest examples of the show being too comedic. That's a noteworthy moment that really should've been taken more seriously but the crew, for some reason, decided to play it off as a joke. It really ruined the moment.

@KineceleranGirl I really like the effort put into the Omniverse real-time morphing as well, and it makes the fast paced action scenes much better.

I forgot to state this as well. For anyone that reads this, if @chronosapien234 provides information about the Ben 10 reboot, mostly in regards to any new aliens and the designs of the characters and Ben's aliens, but doesn't provide proof that adds to the credibility of that information, don't accept the information from him as truth. Accept the possibility that he is lying. In fact, ask him to provide proof that credits the information that he provides.

Again, I had been waiting for months for him to provide some images of the artwork for the reboot. I even asked him over and over in the past and got nothing but mostly unjustifiable excuses from him. I'm not trying to be mean. I'm just stating what's been going on between me and him and what my best recommendation is with him. You don't have to listen to me but this is what I suggest for people on this website to do and that's my reason why.

I think Bens face describes me when watching uncle grandpa and cartoon network in general.
