Did anyone notice that Vil called Gax a Chimeran? It seems like they made a small, and understandable, change to the species' name (which was originally Chimera Sui Generis).

Its interesting how ben uses upgrade instead of greymatter to unlock the master control. Just goes to show how many ways the master control can be accessed. Im sure Brainstorm or xlr8 could unlock it as well

So now that Season 1 is done. What are your thoughts of the series overall so far?
And what do you expect to come from Season 2 aside from New Aliens and the Upcoming Battle Armors.

@Ebomnitrix I am hoping in season 2 they would change the intro since the omnitrix looks different now.

Part of me is hoping if they do change the opening animation, aside from the new Omnitrix looks, I hope they change the lineup of the 10 a bit to where we can see the aliens do different poses or tease the battle armors. I also hope for the music to change to something similar like what we got in the ending credits so it can feel like there's more suspense in the series.

@Ebomnitrix Overall, I think the series isn't that great but I loved the finale and hope that season 2 is more like the finale.

@Ebomnitrix So far, still mediocre and bland. I hope season 2 improves on the reboot but I doubt it. The finale was pretty good, or at least average, but was also significantly flawed.

@Omni-Triforcer So I rewatched the episode and Ben as Gax says something along the lines of "Chimera-what?" But Vil very clearly calls Gax a Chimeran. I just think that it could be important to note since everybody is just assuming he's a Chimera Sui Generis (which is a safe assumption in most cases.)

I mean it could be a case where they call themeselves different things. For humans we could also be called Homo Sapiens or People or Terrans

Not only that, the description has even been edited. Not only that, Charlotte Fullerson and Matt Wayne don't even work on Ben 10 anymore, if anything its all new writers, and a few old writers, Man of Action, and Jonathon Collin, other than that, there's no way any other writer would return from the previous series.

@JrPhilgene Yeah, I doubt they're really going to bring in a villain from the Powerpuff Girls reboot, unless Cartoon Network wants to try and pull another "TTG! vs PPG" crossover type of episode with the Ben 10 reboot. Then again, the Powerpuff Girls reboot is pretty much dead and very much forgotten.
