Is the mainstream ben 10 dead
-
@npzman wont happen omniverse wasn't recieved well enough to get a sequel
-
@npzman But Omniverse already ended though as well because the series wasn't well received in the toy department.
-
Well I don't buy any ben 10 toy in fact not even any toys . But because of the reboot I will
go out of my way to not buy any ben 10 reboot toys just let it fail .I only watch their shows and play their games
-
@npzman I don't buy the toys either, but I don't buy them to make Ben 10 fail, but Cartoon Network wants to profit off of the franchise which sickenss me and wish Ben 10 would be bought by a different network. I want to see Ben 10 be something to be respected again and not seen as a abomination by people.
-
With me I just think another channel should get the rights to Ben 10 that is probably the only way to save the series also I think they should get rid of the gwevin pairing and forgot alien force and the other series and start off right after good bye and good riddance and have the main pairing be bwen
-
I'm shocked we got this many reboots in a row. Maybe its time to let Ben 10 rested fora few years before the next reboot.

This is the first reboot. The other shows were sequals.
-
@Oldtaku_dd They are sequels not reboots, they weren't perfect, but they had the right idea in giving the series a story, this the first reboot, I'm okay with this new show, but I would've preferred Ben Tennyson as a teenager and Studio Trigger doing the animation and story, they need to do Ben 10 as a superhero, action, comedy, drama with elements of the original series and sequels.
-
Should I do a petition ?
For CN to make a squeal? -
@npzman even though I think a petition for a new Ben 10 series to be animated by Studio Trigger would be better, but I've heard they don't really work.
-
@npzman Petitions don't really work so you shouldn't bother with making one...or making any at all.

Nope just a omiverse squeal and the reboot to canceled
-
@npzman Well sorry, but not going to happen and a petition is pretty much worthless.

Omniverse already ended back in 2014...
-
why did CN aired the rest off the omniverse eps in 2014 everyday
when it could of lasted until 2016Are they trying to get rid of it
-
@npzman Yes. Cartoon Network only cared about profiting off of toys and other merchandise, which was why many good shows, Sym-Bionic Titan, for example, were cancelled because they weren't selling enough toys. It's also the biggest reason as to why the Powerpuff Girls reboot and the Ben 10 reboot were even made in the first place. The original PPG and the original Ben 10 sold a whole lot of toys and merchandise. So much that they were two of Cartoon Network's most financially successful shows.
In regards to Omniverse, the show was barely selling any toys. In fact, Ben 10 toys and merchandise sales had been very poor since Ben 10 Ultimate Alien, which makes it even more questioning as to why Cartoon Network thinks they can pull off selling more toys and merchandise with the Ben 10 reboot if Ultimate Alien and Omniverse did so poorly in toy and merchandise sales. It didn't help either that Omniverse received negative backlash from much of the Ben 10 fanbase as well as also having low viewer ratings. Cartoon Network said that Omniverse was successful but basically it really wasn't because of what I just explained. Therefore, with very poor sales in merchandise and low viewer ratings, Cartoon Network decided to do what they did to many of their other shows that didn't sell toys well enough and they rushed out the remaining episodes of Omniverse and then cancelled it.
So yes, Cartoon Network was trying to get rid of Ben 10 Omniverse and what I explained here is the reason why.
-
@Tactical-Ochoa and that is the reason they should lose the rights to the franchise, they will obviously never learn their lesson because they think kids these days are attracted to nothing but mindless comedies and simple designs with less detail. Reason why Ben 10 needs the Studio Trigger treatment.
-
A lot of people were watching the remaining ben 10 OV eps and they do reruns
-
@npzman last time I've checked, they haven't reruned the series at all, they pretty much started showing commercials for the Up To Speed mobile game.
-
Do they have ads for it in the US and is the up to speed mobile app available there
