guys please check out my petition to CN, thanks!

No offense but you know Cartoon Network is not going to read it, right? You guys may hate the channel's current shows but remember these shows also have fandoms who want to be respected like any other. Pretty much every television channel only care about ratings and the viewers who actually like their shows! All of them are going to ignore the ones who judge a show without even watching it or even worse: ignore its fandom's existence. Like I've probably said a lot of times before: Just calm down and let things happen by themselves!
-
@GoodVibes1999 Wow. Way to go bringing some encouragement there and yes, that's sarcasm. Buddy, of course the current shows have fandoms of their own. Pretty much almost every series have fandoms of their own. Even the most hated and/or poor quality shows have at least someone that likes them. Here's another thing, We don't focus out criticisms on other fans. We focus and direct our criticisms on the shows themselves as well as the companies that make and publish them. Most, if not all, fandoms are very much respected like everyone else are.
Also, network channels do care about people that negatively criticize their shows as well and do so in a proper way. How do you think the production crews are going to be able to notice the flaws of each of their shows and figure out ways to improve upon those very flaws? Criticism is very important to have in order to make improvements and more quality works. CN is an exception to this though because CN cares more about the sales of their freakin toy lines than the actual show's ratings and viewer criticisms. That mindset had affected truly great quality shows in such a negative way in regards to CN's treatment of those very shows as well as greatly affecting CN's reputation in a negative way as well. That's CN for you. They care more about marketing and product sales than making actually great quality shows.
Most proper criticisms also come from people who have indeed watched CN's shows. Most viewers also don't judge shows without watching them when they come out. Most people set their criticisms and expectations based on what they know through past experience. Through doing research on CN and everything they did in the past recent years. Why do you think there are so many negative views towards CN and their current and future shows? Because CN makes crap and apparently they are continuing to make crap to the point where they are now pretty much struggling to stay afloat because they lost more viewers than gained and with many good and legitimate reasons as to why. Therefore, most negative criticisms towards CN and their current and upcoming shows that you've noticed are very much justifiable, legitimate, and proper criticisms. Again, most do not judge a show without watching it. Instead they properly and justifiably do their research and review their past experiences in order to set their expectations and form their proper criticisms.
If you want to just sit back and let things happen by themselves, go ahead. Be my guest. Be anyone's guest. However, while you can tell others to do the same, everyone can decide to disagree with you and disregard what you want them to do. At this point though, it feels more like you're trying to shut people up. I could be wrong here but that's what it feels like. Let other people give their opinions. Let other people give their criticisms. Let other people do what @iamre is trying to do himself. Let people speak up because that is what they want to do and nobody else can demand to them otherwise. And yes, CN can and will indeed listen to their viewers if enough people put in the effort to stand up and speak out to them.
I mean like christ, do I really have to link that video from Jim Sterling on here again to help further prove my point. Actually, yeah, I'll just go ahead and link the video on here again because it is one of many great examples as to why people should and are allowed to speak up to stuff like this. Again, let people speak out and don't demand for them not to do so.

Here's another clip from the Powerpuff Girls reboot. God those voices are going to get so annoying and tiresome so quickly.

Well this further shows how unoriginal the PPG reboot is. The image is from the video that I linked from Twitter on my previous comment.

Here's another clip from the Powerpuff Girls reboot if anyone is interested in watching it.

I think ive seen enough of this show to know it will be horrible
-
@Omni-Triforcer There are a couple parts of that clip that I did like and that's Blossom berating Bubbles for breaking her stuff and the Professor offering to help Bubbles with her video just to make her happy. As for the rest of the clip, it's basically Blossom and Buttercup being absolute assholes to Bubbles. What further way to make the main characters (most especially Blossom and Buttercup) even more unlikeable. The PPG reboot is looking bad. The Ben 10 reboot is looking bad. Teen Titans Go! is obviously absolute crap. Cartoon Network should not be making reboots anymore because they are not doing a good job at it.
-
@Tactical-Ochoa Really hope the Ben 10 reboot won't end up like PPG and TTG, but I wish they ask a anime company to do the reboot instead because it's just too cool not to do and the fact that Japan is making amazing shows that makes our stuff look like crap.
-
@Rexfan1333 Same here but considering what Cartoon Network did with Teen Titans Go! and what they're doing with the Powerpuff Girls reboot, my expectations say otherwise. I previously said that if the PPG reboot does turn out to be bad, it'll significantly affect people's views of the Ben 10 reboot in a negative way. These freakin clips are already causing that very effect because I've been noticing less and less people showing favorable views towards the Ben 10 reboot. Christ, CN is better off doing reruns of the original shows than making these crappy and obviously blatant cash grab reboots.
-
@Tactical-Ochoa Yeah, I miss the CN that had awesome shows like Sym Bionic Titan, the Thundercats remake, and Generator Rex. Those shows were awesome and wish they go back to that. What happened to the CN that showed both comedy and action cartoons? Wish we could go back to that.
-
@Rexfan1333 Not just those shows but the original PPG show, the original Ben 10, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ed Edd n Eddy, Samurai Jack, etc. Shows that actually had a lot of respect, care, thought, effort, and amazing creativity put into them.
-
I think its pretty cool that Cartoon Network is doing this: "Cartoon Network’s revival of the popular franchise will bow with back-to-back episodes at 6 PM Monday, April 4. The Powerpuff Girls will then air each weeknight at 6 PM through April 15 as a lead-in to the show’s regular time slot on Thursdays at 6 PM beginning April 20". I hope they do something similar for the Ben 10 Reboot.

I saw a new picture of reboot Ben in a Dutch CN promo... He looks thinner but his head is smaller and his anatomy is closer to a 10-year-old: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uBwRyHa0auc
-
@GoodVibes1999 damn was just about to post that.
I like it what do you guys think? -
@GoodVibes1999 The reboot Ben's head is not smaller. In fact, nothing about his appearance changed at all and I know this because I'm comparing this image of the reboot Ben to the image of the reboot Ben on the calendar cover that showed the reboot Diamondhead. The only thing that did change was his pose and facial expression. That's it.
@Omni-Triforcer Because this is just the same reboot Ben but in a different pose and having a different facial expression with nothing else about him. Nothing else about his appearance changed. Therefore, my opinions and criticisms on the reboot Ben still remain as they are.
-
@Tactical-Ochoa I feel it's starting to mature a bit which is good, but I understand your opinion, it's still cartoony, but at least it looks like you can take it seriously now.
-
@Rexfan1333 Thats basically what im thinking. His serious expression says to me that the show won't be non-serious all the time and will have some action packed moments.
-
@Omni-Triforcer Yes, and honestly it looks way better than the PPG reboot that's for sure.
-
@Rexfan1333 Yeah I think it is going to be a lot better than the Powderpuff Girls reboot.
