When did Ben first say its hero time?

So i remember in the original series Bens main catchphrase was Goin Hero! but now his most known catchphrase is its hero time. I know he said it in the original series but i cant remember what episode he started saying it. Does anyone know the specific episode he started saying it?

Ben's catch phrase in the original series was "GOING HERO!" instead of that however.
The weird thing is, after that it just basically focused on "IT'S HERO TIME!" and other shit like that -

I do, I honestly do, I also feel like he doesn't say that a lot... I just wish he'd say it more along with "GOING HERO!"
