Animated short film

I was thinking of doing a Ben 10 short fan film, but I'm not a experienced animator (eventhough I love drawing). I honestly need help with finding good software and what animation program is better. (Toon Boom, Flash, or Clip Art Studio)
Love to get some help and feedback.

How about a Ben 10 summer short film of Ben Gwen and Grandpa Max relaxing on the beach that'll be cool.

@rexfan1333 Not that you have to, but you could make a short film of Gwen's clothes being stolen so she have to run around naked to find something to cover herself up with. Just a suggestion. Good luck with whatever you are gonna make.

Man, why are so many people on here so weird? This is not the place to talk about your desires to see Grandpa Max shirtless or to see Gwen naked. Please for everyone else's sake take that somewhere else.

@rexfan1333 Adobe flash. It's cheap. And i'd like to suggest that you try animating ben using master control to battle past vilgax's robots by transforming into all the original series aliens in order.
