Addressing the Ben 10 Reboot Part 3: Show/Episode Discussions
-
@Tactical-Ochoa I like all the shows of Ben 10 and it does have it's ups and down, Ben 10 isn't perfect but it is a show I want to see keep going and finally have a great ending instead of cliffhangers, Ben 10 deserves respect like all franchise out there and it needs help from fans to make it better, knowing CN they will cancel it if kids don't like it and no more Ben 10 and potential wasted, I have nothing against the reboot, but this series is only seen as a joke now and it's sad to see this happen.
I don't want Ben 10 dead and forgotten, I hate rewatching old episodes because it only makes me feel worse. I wish I can work on this show one day because it's a big part of my childhood and I want to make it great again, I have so many ideas that could make Ben 10 great again, it's been a dream of mine for years. I'm trying my best to get there though.

@Rexfan1333 I have not given up on Ben 10 alltogether. I still love UAF and the original, and would really love to see a more mature Ben 10 series being put on Netflix someday. I just hate Omniverse and the reboot, but Im ignoring them. They dont exist for me. Thats it.
-
@Ben-10-Fan The reason why I hate Omniverse is threefold: Gwen's ugly nerdy appearence, boring Rook replacing Gwen and Kevin, and Kai ended up as Bens girlfriend in the end. Also Kevins backstory being changed. And the animation.
-
@Mortie-10 well, we all love alien force but guys wait before to judge and throw mud reboot came out only 8 episodes of 40 who knows what men comic in my head as he said, the Russian division of cartoon network on the kanvent for Ben in Moscow after a 20 series you are waiting for something interesting so you should give the show a chance to develop remember again those same turtles 2012 so after the release of the first season Ben is fully possible to say it is bad show and I watch all the series and omnivers I like rather only 5-8 season well about the show on Netflix, you can create a Gothic and can works out and we see Ben on Netflix is not as not related to the reboot
-
well friends I and my friends from Russia are preparing a short film on Ben with live shooting raw while the project is under development the script and the story is ready, the current poster with the name of the project, not the fact that he will be released soon but maybe by the year 2020 everything will be ready short film is scheduled for 30 minutes
-
this is not our first project before we did the comic adventures of Ben 10 k are not shown in the cartoon at the moment ready 5 issues if you want to throw off here so that all those interested read
-
Guys what do you think the picture painted is my best friend and so he sees finding Ben from reboot omnitriks ? would like to restart was in this style ?
-
I honestly don't hate the reboot for the most part it's better than ttg and power puff girls but it's still not the best the 11 minute run time is killing the shows potential and like 3 out of the ten alien voice actors are terrible also certain episodes like ready to rumble and the filth are not necessary but I will still try to give the reboot up until the second season to get better
-
@Nikita--Kleutin The Ben 10 reboot is already out. We're 10 episodes in and we already saw parts of at least a few more episodes. At this point, anyone is free to judge because we've already seen plenty enough of the Ben 10 reboot to set up out own opinions and reviews. Maybe the show will get better or maybe it'll get worse. I doubt it's going to get any better though. What is definitely for certain though is that they most definitely blew their first impressions and first impressions are very important here. Having bad first impressions can even be enough to end this show. Right now, the Ben 10 reboot is a mediocre and poorly made and written show and there are a whole lot of viewers that are not happy about it. Right now, it is the worst show in the franchise.
@JrPhilgene With the reception that the Ben 10 reboot is receiving right now, chance are that there might not even be a second season. At the very least there isn't any word at the moment that it'll get a second season yet.
-
@Tactical-Ochoa I honestly don't think that they will cancel it before it premieres in the us
-
@Tactical-Ochoa personally, I'll give you a complete opinion about the reboot as I see 40 series or you see Vilgax
-
well since we're all so not happy with the reboot we create a petition for the creation of the series from Netflix but its implementation and to the series to be need to score 10,000 votes you are ready to personally I you will help me in creating a petition ? here create pititsiyu https://www.change.org
-
@JrPhilgene I didn't say that they'll cancel it before it even premieres in the US. Not like that will matter much anyways since that people in the US are watching the Ben 10 reboot online, making the Spring 2017 premiere pointless to have.
-
@Tactical-Ochoa ну раз мы все так не довольны перезагрузки мы создаем петицию за создание сериала от Netflix, но ее реализация и в этой серии нужно набрать 10 000 голосов вы готовы лично Вы поможете мне в создании петиции ? вот создать питицию https://www.change.org ? what do you think it's worth it ?
-
@Nikita--Kleutin If you want to give it a try, go ahead. To me, I don't really find petitions to be that helpful unless there are a lot of people backing it up (and I mean a lot). Regardless, I find it better for people to just contact Cartoon Network and Man of Action directly to send their opinions and criticisms to, which again will very much work if a lot of people do this.
-
One other thing that I want to mention, and almost forgot to, is that a YouTuber from Ecuador known as frio10mil found my Ben 10 reboot episode reviews on Deviant-art and asked for permission to share my reviews on his channel. I said yes and he said that he's going to start working on the video next week.
-
Wow, nice! @Tactical-Ochoa
-
@Mortie-10 I honestly loved Omniverse, it had fun characters and story arcs that I enjoyed very much, but I understand you hating the reboot though, I feel it has potential, but CN only wants to cash in on the Ben 10 name and want nothing but money like PPG and TTG, I feel Ben 10 needs to be taken away from CN because they are acting like butt monkeys and are too arrogant to be producing this series anymore. I'm not sure about MOA being at fault here, but I'm just waiting to see if one day Ben 10 will come back to its former glory. I will keep hoping.
-
@Rexfan1333 the reboot has a lot of potential the problem really isn't ManOfAction it's Cartoon network First off the runtime the 11 minute runtime is limiting the shows creativity I mean their were chances for good story and plot development in some of the episodes but because of the runtime it messed it up like with clown college Ben could have gotten mind controlled by zombozo when the clown dropped the gas bomb behind the tree but instead he just shook it off another thing is the voice actors I don't mind Gwen Ben or Max but some of the aliens need better voice actors preferably the ones voiced by Roger Craig Smith except xlr8 and diamond head and I'm not sure how I feel about Yuri lowenthal voicing upgrade ,the rest of the voices are alright to me. Another thing is the way CN is spending more effort hyping up the reboot than they are at making it like with the way the characters look animated compared to how they look in the artists still photos Ben and Gwen look very different in the show compared to artists drawings and so do the aliens. But my biggest gripe about the reboot relates to the episodes like filth and ring leader the pacing the inconsistency and the lack of action in those episodes .I'll still watch the reboot and I still want it to do well but they say it's going it would be best to bring the show to Netflix and make them do something better with the reboot
-
@JrPhilgene After hearing you, it really makes me wish for a anime Ben 10 series (not like Yokai Watch, but like a drama, action, comedy, superhero series like My Hero Academia style)
