Could Batman maybe then become overconfident, arrogant, and reckless because of that ?

Across multiple adaption of Batman. The age where Bruce Wayne lost both his parents are different. The person responsible is different. So why not have a different tragic event that would be the Genesis of Batman.

Yea it's when Thomas Wayne becomes the Batman.

The reason why Ben 23 became reckless and chasing fame was because Grandpa Max died when Ben 23 was 10. So I thought on this question for Batman

Due to the timeline being changed, Bruce is the one that's killed instead of his parents. This results in his father becoming Batman and his mother becoming the Joker.
